Return and Cancelatio Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Crafted Catch. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, orders may already be in production or prepared for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
